ASG Homes, one of the largest operators in the Spanish real estate market, has appointed Elisa Cendrero and Alberto Morán as General Managers of the company, both of whom were already members of the Management Committee.
Elisa Cendrero, will be responsible for the Legal and Corporate Area and the Office of the Board of Directors of ASG Homes. Her duties will include the coordination and management of the company's operational activity from a legal and urban planning point of view. In addition, she will be responsible for all corporate and Human Resources matters, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Elisa has extensive experience in urban planning, coordinating projects and managing Compensation Boards, both as a negotiating party and as a member of them. Prior to joining ASG Homes, Elisa held the position of Urban Planning Director at CBRE, specializing in due diligence urban planning, analysis of real estate portfolios and strategic planning. Previously, Elisa led the Urban Planning Department at JLL for 8 years. She holds a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid and a Master's degree in Land Policy and Urban Planning from the Universidad Carlos III. She is also a member of the Madrid Professional Association of Lawyers.
Alberto Morán, also General Manager of ASG Homes, will be in charge of the operational development of the company's projects, being responsible for the coordination and supervision of the development process from its inception until the delivery of the finished project, including the technical, architectural, construction and sales areas.
Alberto has extensive experience in the sector having overseen the construction of more than 7,500 homes and more than 50,000 m2 of other real estate assets, including hotels and offices. He has developed land for more than 3,500 social housing units and 5,000 private housing units through urban development agreements. Most recently, Alberto held the position of Development and Asset Optimization Manager at CBRE. Previously, he held the position of General Manager at real estate companies such as Edifica or Staig Madrid, as well as Representative and Expansion Manager of the Parquesol Group.
He holds a degree in Architecture from the Universidad Politécnica in Madrid, a Master in Real Estate and Construction Companies from ETSAM and a higher degree in Business Management from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) as is also a member of the Official Association of Architects.
