ASG Homes, one of the leading companies in the Spanish real estate market, has begun the delivery of Residencial Argos II, the second phase of the Argos project on Avenida de las Ciencias in Sevilla Este. The company, which is currently working on a third phase, has entirely sold Phase I and 98% of Phase II which is being delivered at present.
Residencial Argos II is located in one of Seville's best areas, Sevilla Este, a young neighbourhood that is constantly expanding and has excellent connections to the capital and the rest of the Andalusian Community, with many green areas, restaurants, health and educational facilities, as well as a wide variety of shopping and leisure options.
It is a complex of 290 homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms, spacious terraces, large windows, garages, and storage areas. This family environment combines quality and design with several shared areas, green spaces, a swimming pool for adults and children, a fully furnished gourmet social room, a playground, and a gym with more than 180 square metres of equipment, among others.
The complex has been created in its own avant-garde, efficient, and sustainable manner, demonstrating ASG Homes' firm commitment to the main Spanish cities, where it works with local partners to develop and commercialize projects in order to improve the area's employment and economy. Sevilla 2000, a real estate company with nearly 20 years of experience in the area, is in charge of commercialising Residencial Argos II.
The CEO of ASG Homes, Víctor Pérez Arias, stated: “Projects like Argos exemplify ASG Homes' commitment to providing customers with homes that respond to true market demand. Following the success of the first and second phases, we are now working on the third phase, which is also receiving positive feedback".
In addition to these three phases of the project, ASG Homes marked a milestone the year by signing a turnkey agreement with Sociedad Anónima Inmobiliaria Vascongada (SAIV), a subsidiary of Lazora, for the delivery of a 439-home complex on Avenida de las Ciencias in Sevilla Este. This transaction in the Build to Rent (BTR) housing segment was one of Spain's largest in 2021.
